Holly Herick Design uses Print on Demand (POD) technology in order to reduce waste.

All products are created and shipped by a third party (POD), therefore you should add extra time for your custom order to be created and shipped. Defective product returns will be handled through the vendor that created each product. Follow the instructions that come with your order. There may be times when your order is created at multiple locations—shipping separately and requiring separate returns.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Again, follow the instructions that come with your order. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. 

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error in manufacturing will be handled at our expense.

If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to incorrect size or change of mind, will be handled at your expense.
